Storage facilities and a diligent quadruple-check process

Whether you’ve already got your exhibition kit, or you need us to design and manufacture a stand for you, the process remains the same.
It’s all about peace of mind. We start by taking a full inventory of your equipment, then carefully store it at our fully insured premises. Then, when you need it for your next event, we’ll check everything, ensuring it’s in good order, no artwork is peeling off or looking shabby; and all electrical and lighting is working perfectly.
Safe delivery
Next step is to deliver and install at the chosen location. We’ll liaise with the event manager on your behalf and make sure that every detail has been taken care of.
This allows you to focus all of your energy into marketing your business, and once the show is over, we simply reverse our process. De-rig, check, transport and then back to our storage facility.
We want you to be able to focus solely on your marketing activity. So, in addition to taking care of the logistics of exhibiting, we’re also more than happy to organise your other marketing collateral. For example, you might need some brochures to be collected and displayed in a certain way – we’ll do that. You might have forgotten something of particular importance, but don’t have the time to address it – we’ll take care of that too. In fact, just task us with anything that would normally make life difficult – we’re here to make it easier for you.
